Congrats bro...it you want to really get your bench up and your over all strength up use plyometrics. Do a slow push up down hold for 3 seconds then explode up. Burpees, jump squats,planks, etc. Keep it up!!

Congrats, working out is the only thing that will give nice results compared to being a lard ass sitting in a chair all day. I started getting back into shape, sedentary life in a chair working my job is causing too many issues but the gym is most certainly fixing them.
