My father for Alzheimer’s at 55. I had serious memory problems at 52. Couldn’t remember names of people Imspoke to daily. I went keto and my memory came back.

Today I don’t eat true keto but more Paleo. Very low carbohydrate but from vegetables, not corn and wheat, etc.
