Stop auto-pinning every vague short term doom. Doom threads need to earn a pin through on of the following criteria.

-No Vague doom; aka "my uncle said shtf in 24 hours, that's all I can say" is not a worth pin.

-No hit an run AC threads If the poster disappears after the first page so should the thread.

-All failed doom posters should get their IP perma-banned
