Eyes are the same size from birth to death. The pupils are much larger in the frame of the eye (eyelids) when younger. Mix some poor lighting in and you get the "black eyed child". You can see the whites of its eyes at the end of the video briefly...

But just to be safe...

I would’ve said it’s probably a normal black pupiled eye child, then I saw the same thing(eyelids closed from the outer edge) definitely a hybrid., And she certainly looked curious and innocent as any human child. I would absolutely be open to seeing hybrids and what not in the open; I think we humans have far more reasons to be afraid of other humans (think of all the wars, murders and abuse) than from hybrids who are perhaps living amongst us. Hell if we can be accepting of all the freak show transgenders and their newly acquired bathroom habits, I can also accept other beings in our mix out in the open.
