How about meal expense reimbursement . Or rent subsidies for embassy staff. Or child education costs. Or cell phone cost ( international dialing is pricey). Or mortgage cost reimbursement for the house back in israel when they live in another country.....should they pay for two houses when the gov sends them overseas- the home they cannot use in israel and the one in london?
