Mostly through visions/dreams and or what I refer to as "downloads" Where sometimes I get information randomly via Intuition ala telepathic. I can feel when this happens but cannot explain the sensation or mechanism. Information which is very similar to what you have posted. Since it's hard to talk about, for the same reasons you have mentioned, I've created a website where I curate art and references as I get them to share the story that I've been receiving. At first I thought I was going crazy, but the way the past few years have unfolded, and posts like yours, have confirmed it's forreal.
Most of my information is transmitted via music and imagery, yours seems to be more precise and less vague. But it matches up with all of the conclusions I've drawn thus far as well.

I haven't seen any Greys or anything as an adult, but I do remember seeing them as a child often and my biggest fear growing up was Aliens.

OP might I also suggest recording all of your videos at once or recording your whole story in one video and cutting it into pieces and auto releasing it. If you do it one by one, as you go, like you're doing, the information can be subverted, manipulated and or something could happen to you and the entirety of your experiences may never be shared.

Essentially, just make sure the entirety of the experiences and information you want to share be recorded in full in some way. Via video, blogging, time released emails, posts etc. Basically have the entire story ready to drop in some way or posted somewhere some way so that if any thing were to hinder you getting your message out, it's already out there or ready to drop in entirety somehow.
