Up-date Pg.10: Health Warning as KP-Index 11-02-19 stays ZERO for 30 hours--Strokes/Heart Attack/Emotional UpTicks. Video

I am sensitive to anything atmospheric. Meter storms, full moons, planetary alignments... can't sleep.

KP index is something I usually monitor but I hadn't checked today. I did come down with a nasty migraine a few hours ago, out of the blue... I rarely get migraines and was wondering why it hit me today. The low index is quite a coincidence.

When KP index bottoms out I have no energy and feel ill. When it spikes I get an energy burst but unfortunately that is accompanied by tension and irritability.

I can't comment on the research but I believe many people are sensitive to these kinds of things.

The drinking lemon juice info helped my old aching joints that get so bad this time of year, I hardly noticed it at all this year, and kratom works wonders for all kinds of pain, better than the doctors stuff and without the side effects.. ( thank you glp, big hugs )

Tumeric is good for joints too, and tumeric is known to also help prevent cancer.

Have you been drinking enough water? i don't care even if you have been go get a cold glass of water and chugg it

Just jumped on to check for solar flare threads because every sports bar in Kansas City has called complaining about the directv feeds being pixelated like there's a storm when it's currently sunny.

Since posting this thread on a HEALTH WARNING from S.O.
I believe we have now CROSSED THE 24 HOUR MARK (for a
continued KP Index at ZERO.)

This means our magnetic shields are extremely weak and that human/animal exposure
to the various cosmic rays and "exotic energies" are reaching
ground level. We can take precautions and ALTER some of
our anticipated "activities" to assist our personal health
(my example given below is..."BE CAREFUL ON THE STAIRS"
(if you are energy sensitive--or feel at all dizzy since
the exposure to these energies AFFECTS THE CENTRAL NERVOUS
SYSTEM and your motor skills.) So "motor skills" are a
BIGGIE to watch during these high cosmic ray alterts
(such as your driving, operating machinery) and that also
applies to EMOTIONS.


24 hours of °KP Index ZEROS° spells bad news for
weather-sensitives this weekend.

these alternate version of deadly radiation that kill
people (i.e.Fucashima) can be catastrophic to one's health.
However, as science does NOT have a firm grasp on what all
of these "excotic space energies" can do...one CAN keep
an optimistic hope that something positive can come of them
if your mindset is that "The UNIVERSE IS A SAFE PLACE."

On a personal note...we have had 8 powerful gamma ray bursts
over the last 10 days with a strong CME wave hitting Earth
10/30 and 10/31 just recently. These energies have AND DO
influence health of many who are "energy sensitives" especially
Rh- folks. I found Ben Davidson's video especially important
to explain why I fell down 1/2 a flight of stairs (I was
dizzy and didn't check the spaceweather links that day) due
to this "energy sensitivity." Luckily, I didn't fracture
anything but I have a WICKED sprained and bruised shoulder
to nurse over the next couple of weeks.

Haven’t been able to sleep well for the past few nights keep waking up with palpitations

Earlier I was feeling awful, the sun just went down here and I'm starting to feel noticeably better[/]... how odd!

I was crazy bloated to the point of nausea, along with a nasty headache, it got dark and my bloating started to go down

I've not eaten anything today and just 1 cup of coffee this morning then water
