This is serious and not to be laughed at a few days ago. A friend of mine died in her sleep from heart attack. She was in her early 50's. Granted she had heart problems prior but I'm almost certain that the situation we have helped to bring on her heart attack. Very sad.

My first mild stroke (Aug. 2018) happened in my sleep.
I woke up with the symptoms. There isn't anything you
can do to help yourself in these unfortunate sleep-onset
events. One day they'll figure it out but not yet.

I did check the KP Index and the Earthboppin sites links
I have provided here that day in August...sure enough--there were
gamma ray bursts swarms and a geomagnetic storm in process.
Pretty much a MATHEMATICAL EQUATION for some people. Folks
with Rh- are especially effected by these exotic energies.

Mainstream medical science is just NOW starting to recognize
the space-human body connection and in the future there
will most likely be SPECIAL SUPPLEMENTS a person who is
"energy sensitive" can take when the warnings come up.
Right now I am finding CBD oil (non THC full-spectrum) is
helping to prevent future strokes--but there's not much
research on WHAT CAN BE DONE to help us with this issue.

This would explain my feeling "wonky" and feeling like I have had a perpetual hangover.. No I don't drink... And my 27 year old daughters fibro is going haywire and she fell down half a flight of stairs.

Rebel. Nobody here has a "phobia"--we are just discussing

reports. Calling people "crazy" in any context where an

If you are a Ham radio operator you want a low K index. Low noise. Was on 75 meters around 5 PM and signals were strong and readable.

Thank you for your post, that "perpetual hangover" description
is a riot--and resonates with my own feelings. Some days
when this happens I feel like someone has put 500 lb weights
on my shoulders and moving around feels like somekind of
circus "ride!"

I don't doubt that it can cause an up-tick in things like
arthritis and fibro. Maybe being proactive and checking the
space weather links I have provided can give you and your
family a "heads-up."

Reports are in now that the KP is GOING BACK UP. That's a
good thing. However for those of us who experienced an
unhappy accident (falls, inflammation from an existing condition,etc.)
are aware there was "something" going on.

Now I notice I feel relaxed and don't feel tired (can't sleep).Just checked my crystals they are fine without cracks.When we have sudden energy blast they tend to crack and I can actually feel bad energy coming from them

I was wondering why I was feeling depressed and getting heart palpitations. Not usual for me. Had been feeling really 'off'. My spouse had a dizzy spell Hallowe'en night which is also very unusual.

Neither of us have neg rh blood though.

I am solar sensitive as well. Nice you folks are talking about it today. For a couple of weeks I have felt a different sensation every now and then. Super relaxed and almost a blissful type of feeling. Then to counter this the inflammation from the arthritis. I use cbd and magnesium.

Something else that has helped me (Rh Neg) is to wear socks made of copper thread. Seems to help ground the body's electrical field and really helps with the fatigue and spacing out.

Might be because RH neg blood has a higher copper content and therefore conducts electricity differently.

DMT Buddhist mantra trance meditation prior to sleep last night was easier to achieve, and deeply profound. Electromagnetic energy was surging through my body and sacred geometry was dancing all around me in beautiful colorful textured layers following the trance.

Interesting you mentioned that. The Mrs. wears high copper content socks and she swears by them.

And yes, she has red hair, a very small [25 inch] waist and very amply proportioned body.

Yes, in the mountains of NW Montana probably near 4,000 feet.
We get a stronger dose, although this stuff goes RIGHT
THROUGH THE EARTH...so elevation does play a part but not
totally. I mentioned Carrie Fisher's heart attack at a
high level altitude trans-Atlantic flight 12-2016 which
would be even MORE POTENT than the mountains.

I get those migraines as well...been double-dosing my
CBD oil and I sincerely believe it is helping to protect
to some degree--but no confirmed research on this.

at more reasonable cost--it's a challenge for many seniors

Yesterday was bad... low energy, out taking care of business. On the way home I was stopped by a red light just outside town. A not loaded log truck was in front of me and mede it thru the light. Maybe 5 miles down the road was the log truck, jack knifed across the road covering both lanes of the 2 lane highway, in front of it was a smashed car, past it was another car in the ditch.

There was only 2 people out on the scene, I got out to assist and was assigned to try to get the man in the car who was moaning to talk. He died within the 3 min. I was trying to bring him around. The man who ask me to converse with him was walking up about the time he died. He apologized and said to me "I'm sorry, he's gone".
