Great thread! It seems I am feeling something more often than not whenever you post these events.Last night & today, I have had extremely sore muscles & very low energy. No headache today thankfully. That is my usual symptom.

Wow...me too. I’ve never had a migraine before in my entire life. Had to look up what it was. Freaked me out completely...I was out for a long day’s excursion with my husband and we had to head back home.

What some people reading this thread are getting CONFUSED
--and I think you may be one of them Joe--is that the KP Index
can go up due to BOTH the sun as well as such exotic energies
as gamma ray bursts and other radiation/electrons in-coming
from space.

S.O. has even pointed out this A.M. that the graph that
tracks the solar wind speed have SPIKES that reflect
gamma ray bursts--something I also didn't realize was
showing up in these graphics. Ben calls them "false spikes"
but in reality, they are their "own THING" and add to the
over-all effects for in-coming radiation/energies.

The health issues FOR THIS THREAD,tho, has to do with OTHER
ENERGIES BESIDES OUR SUN that cause us to feel unusual
and uncharacteristic symptoms. Of course, the sun...even
with solar flares will be detected on the KP Index. However
when the sun is more active the KP INDEX usually stays
around 3 or 4...IT DOES NOT FLAT LINE. When the KP Index
FLAT LINES it means our magnetic shields are very weak
and "exotic energies" are getting through to the Earth that
would not normally be getting to us.

So...let's go OFF TOPIC JUST TO ADDRESS YOUR COMMENT
because it is important for the "big picture."

Joe...but you may have NOT gotten the whole "skinny" on
what's going on and what we may be facing within our

All is One...I would request you look over the
introduction material and the video I just posted above
since you are getting confused about what the topic here
is all about. THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE SUN (with the exception
that WITHOUT SOLAR ACTIVITY our magnetosphere becomes weak
letting in more COSMIC PARTICLES.) It is the cosmic energies
we are talking about that are causing people PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS this past few days of a ZERO LEVEL KP INDEX.

Yepp!My fibro has been going bananas lately.
Worse than normal!

Haven't slept for shit all week.

Time change just makes it worse.

Without knowing all your specific circumstances,
I couldn't hope to offer you a solution.

However, I know about losing sleep--obviously since
I am posting at 4:00 A.M. in the friggin morning, right?

I use CBD oil (non THC kind but whole spectrum hemp oil)
for sleep--it works very well and is a natural remdy.

I also meditate. Together they usually do the trick,
but it does't work 100% of the time.

Yes, yes, mine too. It is definitely no fun. I managed to sleep a decent (not great) amount last night and woke up feeling ok, but, here comes the headache again. The K index dropped down to zero again, hopefully it is temporary.

I wonder if this affects some animals as much as us?

Yesterday when I opened the back door the wild cat came running at a gallop and would have come inside had my orange tabby not hissed and puffed up twice his size at it.

He truly looked spooked and stopped about a foot from me. He gobbled down his bowl of food in minutes after I took it out far enough away from the door that our cats cold go out and not spook him. I think he has become dependent upon our feeding him. He keeps the rabbits away, 'probably eats them.

Ya' know Louis, out here on my farm last couple of nights the pack of coyotes have woke me up. Sound like a pack of banshees, geeze! They're just more active this wkend but yeah, I do believe all incoming space/solar whatevers does affect all living things.

I was just pulling up The Watchers website few mins ago and see where a big-ass rock just flew by us at 1/3 lunar space distance from Earth w/in last 72 hrs.

No wonder I've had the urge to be like a groundhog lately.

That was me Friday, I just could not get myself awake. I went to my office two hours late.

I know at least one GLP'er that slept over twenty hours yesterday.

Edit to add: he showed up and ate most of his food, he's drinking at the creek now. He and the tabby may spend the next few hours facing each other about ten feet apart.

Only once have I seen them fight. I swear they were spinning like the cartoon Tasmanian Devil, I had to kick the clawing, howling mass of spinning cat to seperate them. They seem to have made a truce since then, as I have seen them both go over the fence and disappear in the woods together many times since that fight.

I need to fashion him a heated cat house so he can remain in the backyard when the temps dip below freezing for a few weeks to months over the Winter.

Edit again: He's beneath some bushes now about forty feet away and my tabby is a wuss, he was crying at the back door to be let back in. Temps were in the 80's Friday night, then yesterday and today in the 30's. My cat doesn't like the cold.

I did as well with the visual auras, but no real pain. I'll be 54 this month and have started having visual auras this year, now I'll check this stuff out when it happens. Otherwise I had a pretty mellow, low energy day.

I had issues with my ticker years ago but woke up having some heart palpitations Saturday Morning. I'm thinking there just may something to this.

"Abdominal injury" could be symptomatic of the major vessel aorta running through the centre meridian on to the brain.

I used to think that as well, Q33. But just tuning in
daily to SuspiciousObservers channel I've learned that
BOTH a HIGH and a LOW KP Index are bad for "energy sensitive"
people.

NOw I am learning that a FLAT-LINE KP INDEX for 30 hours
can be even more dangerous for your health than, say, a
KP Index over 5. (Normal runs about 3 to 4.) That is
because the unpredictability of "cosmic rays" and other
exotic energies that a WEAK MAGNETOSPHERE may affect
the motor skills (like balance and just moving around)
we take for granted every day. I learned THAT the hard
way on our 30 ft. stairs on "Hell Night."

You bring up a funny...but important point to this
thread, Kitty lover. THE EFFECTS KP INDEX ALSO HAS ON PETS!

My cat has been especially "needy"--pawing at me and
pacing around the apartment like "something is wrong."


Hunger is a sign...pay attention.

Animals feel these effects as well, of course. An instinct
of an animal that senses "something's up" is to want to
CARBO LOAD in case of some kind of natural disaster. If
you watch the quake sites, you will notice that even tho
the sun is "quiet" the quakes are popping-off as if there
had been a solar flare or CME. (6.1 pt. in the Atlantic) PETS KNOW THERE IS A CHANGE and will let you know about it.

These effects are very temporary and should resolve in
a few days. In fact, the update to the video I posted i
the intro shows that sunspots are COMING BACK nad we
are heading into the next solar cycle this week--which is
a very good thing for energy sensitives.

Of course, you may wish a doc to check that out...I don't
give medical advice (I'm a writer NOT an M.D.)

However, just as a side note. It is comforting to have
at least a little knowledge about these physical effects
from space weather changes--at least we don't have to
be in fear that our bodies are having some kind of NEW
PROBLEM. Medical science is just beginning to scratch the
surface of these LINKS to spaceweather and it will probably
be years before they work all of this into a diagnosis
adjustment...It's easier to just say...It's this condition
or that condition and push a pill at you.

But we CAN and should self-educate with what is available
to us. Good for you for "connecting-the-dots!"

Love the conversation you are having with Louis about
the cats. We forget that THEY ARE AFFECTED BY SPACE WEATHER
just as we are...so noticing changes in a pet's behavior
during such things as a KP INDEX 30-HOUR FLAT LINE isn't
out of the ordinary at all. (They'll carbo=load just like
the birds do!)
