I had a migraine yesterday with visual auras - a first for me.
O Cookie are you also at a higher altitude and would that heighten effects?

Freaked me out completely...I was out for a long day’s excursion with my husband and we had to head back home. I did as well with the visual auras, but no real pain. I'll be 54 this month and have started having visual auras this year, now I'll check this stuff out when it happens. Otherwise I had a pretty mellow, low energy day.
