Hmmm. I went out to work in the yard yesterday mid-day. I was feeling just fine. After about a half hour of relatively light exertion, I felt as though I had been working all day. I went inside to regather my energy and promptly nodded off for over two hours. Since I do physical work every day for a living, I can usually power through almost anything, including hangovers and inadequate sleep. Yesterday was like a knock-out punch.

Interesting. Sounds like "energy flu" to me (that is the
physical symptoms--NOT VIRUS RELATED--Zenobia coined for us
as the effects of exotic energies making it through our
weakened magnetosphere (due to ZERO KP Index levels.)

I had hoped we were in the clear this A.M. when I saw the
KP Index had registered a "3"...but then it dropped back
down to zero again later in the day. So...hang in there!

The video (below) may seem a little "OFF-TOPIC" to the thread,
but if you listen carefully to what Professor Erick Dollard
has to say about cell phones and cell phone towers you may
be able to "connect-the-dots" with WHY KP ZERO INDEX might
add more energy exposure "on our collective plates" than
we NEED...(this VIDEO was back in 2013, so 6 years later it is MULTIPLES of this report now--AND WE WONDER WHY WE ARE
FEELING UNBALANCED OR SICK? )


ERIC DOLLARD. The video I was looking for
is below if anyone else cares to comment on it or
enlarge on what he says. You just WILL NOT hear this
kind of honesty in many mainstream science circles. He's
got courage, that's for sure. The mainstream guys did NOT
like this guy and he was forced to "drop out" and do
independent study. (You can see why when you listen to this!)

8:00 minute duration. Professor Dollard gives us an
8 minute summary of Helping a person with "energy flu"
(he doesn't call it that) discover the SOURCE of his
illness...turns out to be cell phone RF exposure and cell
phone tower dangers. This was back in 2013 with, what,
3G technology--now we are looking at 5G exposure. NOT GOOD.
TOO MUCH RF EXPOSURE NOW. 1,000 times more than is
allowed by Bell for linemen in 2013!

Here is a good OVER-VIEW OF CURRENT AND COMING SOLAR CYCLES
from the BPEarthwatch channel.

BP gives us a very clear and "viewer-friendly" summary of
where we are concerning the end of Solar Minimum and the
coming new solar cycle 25. So you can pretty much bet that
the KP Index at ZERO for 30 hours is probably not something
we need to be concerned about for much longer. Jupiter plays
a part in this as well (though I'm still a little unclear

I felt bad again today and those continuous dreams happened again last night. So I made myself some more of my Native American Tea and that helped. My dad said he has been feeling the same way too so maybe he is sensitive as well.

I wanted to pop on and say my father had a very bad dizzy spell yesterday and almost passed out he said.

I had chest pains a few hours ago, and standing up gave me incredible dizziness.

Chest pain? You should take a baby aspirin if you haven't already. You should also get to the ER.

I haven't read the entire thread so forgive me if I am repeating someone else here.

My only concern is with the term "energy sensitives". My belief is that everyone would be affected by these energies, whether they were a "sensitive" or not.

I assume that by "sensitive" you simply mean people who are more intuitively alert to how they feel?

Yes, you are quite correct.

The "sensitives" I am referring to are people who are
actually tuned in to their own body circumstances, rather
than those who may be distracted by their jobs, personal
problems, cell phones...or by those who need to have a
DOCTOR OR BIG PHARMA "tell them" what they feel...than to
assess their own symptoms.

Yes, everyone is getting "exotic energies" and CAN
sense them if they know there is, in fact, SOMETHING TO
FEEL. I mean, when was the last time you were in an
elevator and asked the guy next to you:

..."So, what about those COSMIC WAVES, how are they
hitting you today?" (That's just NOT happening yet!)

ALSO...every person's physical make-up is different so
there really isn't any SPECIFIC ONE THING that everyone
may feel when the KP INDEX FLAT LINES and cosmic rays
are coming through. There's just too many variables in
this to set up IN STONE a specific "feeling" or affect.

The graphic that Ben Davidson offered for the KP INDEX
high readings from SOLAR CME'S is about all we can take
as an example at this point (this will probably change as
it is researched further.) So, I'll just leave this with
you to UNDERSTAND...BOTH HIGH SOLAR OUTPUT AND EXTREMELY
FLAT-LINED SOLAR OUTPUT WILL GIVE SIMILAR SYMPTOMS in

It is also interesting that even though there is ZERO
measured activity from our sun, the Schumann Resonance
chart is giving a MINOR WHITE=OUT READING.

IMHO it means the "cosmic energies" are getting through
our magnetosphere rather than the usual solar energies.

Everyone's different, and I think some people have a more finely tuned antenna, for whatever reason.

Myself, I am aspie so I am extra sensitive to sensory stimuli in general.

In addition being sensitive to space activity I also have ear tones, and have sensed some larger quakes by feelings of unusual illness. Japan 9.0 quake I was horribly sick the day prior.

I was curious if anyone has tried dirt therapy to counteract the energy flu? I started feeling rough again early in the afternoon, but I forced myself outside to plant some tulip bulbs. I was amazed at how much it helped me, maybe it was some sort of grounding effect?

I'm not a science-y person but whatever this is, it's definitely some sort of energy, and it absolutely affects people, some more than others. I do find it fascinating.

I keep watching hoping it will go back up to 1-2 soon. I do not like feeling like this. Just 'off' mentally and physically.

Yes, I know several who absolutely need to go barefoot just to ground themselves. Not hard to to here in the South but they swear by the practice of grounding.

I enjoy doing it in summer and fall. There is some science to all that going on.

There are some folks who are very attuned to their bodies who just don't know what to make of the correlations between 'as above, so below' rule going on right now.

I'm still waiting on getting my super powers! Like being able to fly but hell, I settle for being able to get up in the morning w/out my body protesting.

I think we all agree that the magnetosphere is weakened (and will become unstable in a reverse) and this depletion of our natural shields will allow all manner of cosmic energy onto the surface. UVC has been recorded at ground level and this alone is concerning for our eyes. Excess short wavelength UV will cook the viscous fluid in the eye and result in partial blindness. Sunglasses are a must imho. Limit air travel also as the higher altitudes and some particular routes are recording high level exposures.

The Sun is different from my youth, we would spend summer days, dawn to dusk out in boats or at the beach in Nth Queensland and not get sunburn. Now ten minutes and you're cooked. I believe there is a reason why we are seeing these changes now and it is both good and not so good, depending on your position in the scheme of things.

Without question, we can sense the changes in mood and attention span, the vertigo and hypertension from these energies, so to say they are figments of an overactive imagination is debunked, simply by the number of people reporting strange, unusual maladies. Now pause for a moment and imagine, if you can, what could transpire if Solar Cycle 25 is a doozy. Additionally, OsC, Vogt, SO and La Violette are onto a specific that WILL cause the Sun to go ballistic.

The Sun..gives life, takes life away. However there is an aspect of the solar radiation that is only now being recognised and understood, indeed detected that I personally feel is the key to junk DNA activation, but it comes at a cost.

has been a very active GRB timeline lately, however.

KP Index is now registering above zero and climbing...so
THAT is good news!
