If you've read through some of the Agenda 21 and Z-eye-onist Plans for America, you'll see that these plans include the removal of rights for citizens to own private land and raise their own livestock or grow their own food. Even backyard gardens will become illegal, because all food availability will be controlled and restricted.

Looking around at all of the media hype against meat, veganism is being heavily promoted to turn people against cattle producers and eventually poultry farming as well. To me, this is the initial step being used to program the masses against the meat industry. Take a look at all of the farms that have been taken over by corporations that have repeatedly shown how inhumanely and neglectfully the animals are treated - this further reinforces the programming to convince the masses not to consume the meat. Additionally, these facilities create massive outbreaks - another tactic being used. People will demand that the Government step in to stop the abusive farming practices, the disease outbreaks, the supposed increase in gas farts causing environmental damage, etc...and how does that typically turn out?

According to the plans, what is not corporately controlled by one of their own will become illegal to operate by the individual. Once they have the meat industry eliminated, they will move on to crop growers, and eventually on to private growers with small backyard gardens. It may sound far-fetched now, but look at how we have allowed - even demanded at times - for big Government to step in multiple times over the course of history in the U.S., all the while as we see more individual rights and freedoms stripped away. I'm all for eating more fruits and vegetables, but with all of the promotion and hype surrounding the vegan movement, I am cautiously aware of something far less good for us operating behind it.

Meat consumption is simply not sustainable.

It requires WAY too many resources.
