I expound on this statement, yes the US government has been running drugs, but I firmly believe Trump has tried to eliminate drugs in and coming into the country, I don't think he has any intention of continuing the practice of the former administrations and their drug dealing ways.

However I don't doubt there are military and others who would love to take over what spoils the cartels will leave after their much needed demise and destruction.
