I was very lucky in having parents who BOTH looked young for their ages, also grandparents on both sides!!!

THEN my sister in law? her parents both looked younger than their age,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

so now my niece and 2 nephews have all this great gene stuff on their side!!!!

I am in my early 50s. People gasp when I tell them my real age. They all think I am early 30s to 35 tops.

The biggest thing is to protect your skin from the sun. Next is no smoking. I rarely drink, but I’m not sure that is a contributing factor. I don’t drink as much water as I should.

I also have used La Mer for years. Use the best products. It pays off.

I started going grey around 19 so I looked older when I was young......but passed 40, I looked younger ......I workout 3x a week and my body pass for 30....now at 58 people scratch their head....grey hair, lined face, but body of 30's man....

Yep. Most of those who think they look 10 to 20 years younger than their real age are nuts. Most people look their age. Some people look good for their age because they have taken care of themselves, but they still don't pass for someone much younger.

I look like a kid without makeup. When I was a kid I used makeup to look older. Nowadays it just makes me look closer to my real age, but more refined I guess. It's just good genes. I have a good diet and exercise regimen, but I've always partied pretty hard. Somehow it's balance out so far. I'm 46 so time will tell I guess.
