Are humans supposed to eat vegetables?

The structure of the teeth mean nothing relating to what we should eat or not.

My question is why does EVERYTHING have to be cooked to extract ideal nutrition? Hear me out.

We aren't wolves and cannot digest raw meats AT ALL.

We aren't cows or horses and cannot break down the cellulose around uncooked vegetables.

We aren't birds with gizzards and cannot ideally break down nuts or seeds.

You are an idiot. I eat wagu carpaccio in Vancouver, I eat raw ground beef on crackers, I eat sushi. And I have a composting toilet so I have to check my shit out to see if I have to crank the handle. Guess what...I don't see my wagu carpaccio, my ground beef, nor sushi in my shit. You may ingest raw meat but you do not have the digestive processes internal to break down the complex protein strings. It happens to be bioscience that says this.

I eat raw meat (and fish) frequently. It is the most easily digested food ever to have graced my mouth.

Raw liver literally melts in my stomach, as if it was never even there. No farts/burps/nothing, vaporized.

I was going to mention that but thought it might make some puke. But YUP! I can live for days on raw liver.

And now that we are all over fed....it’s time to be figure out what is the best for us.
