We can thank God for surviving what we've endured by asking for an understanding of how we can teach others without being the hand that creates the suffering, so we can pass on the ability to avoid it.

To do that we need to ask for a meaningful relationship with God and offer the matters in our heart for what matters to creator to walk with god so we can begin developing meaning by being who ever he needs us to be and experience what he needs us to experience. With him on our shoulder controlling our manners but ultimately speaking for ourselves and choosing what we do and where, just not how we do it.

So we're always still ourselves, but it somewhat feels like a ride and the feelings are way less intense to/against anything as it occurs. We give up joy for peace because we offer up want for no more waste only what's necessary.
