A forearms registry was in violation of federal law, but they have been doing it none the less. Whenever a gun dealer goes out of business, he has to send in all of his firearms sales records to the ATF. The ATF has been entering those records into a database.

Beretta 9mm is my choice because i can shoot the wings off fly with it and the compact German round is a well known man stopper in hollow point

my advice, no plastic guns...they are fine when quality control of ammo is reliable, but when using reloads from iffy sources that are being loaded hastily it's like shooting the dice
