It's not a reflection on the window glass for sure.

The funny thing is that it is traveling alongside the plane on the same speed like the plain.

I would assume it's a a reflection of sunlight from the plane onto the clouds bellow, but it doesn't change shape/direction when the plane changes angle/direction.
