Hitler did not want war.
Churchill pushed him as well as the
soviets.

Dumbest post so far in this thread. Hitler wanted war and he started one. When the Sudetenland crisis happened British PM Neville Chamberlain personally met with Hitler in Munich to work out the Munich Agreement. Germany was given the Sudetenland portion of Czechoslovakia and Hitler promised that Germany had no more territorial ambitions in Europe. War was averted and a peace worked out.

But Adolf Hitler was never a man of his word and 6 months later the German army rolled into the rest of Czechoslovakia. And then Hitler started making demands on Poland for territory. Chamberlain the peacemaker warned Germany not to invade Poland and when in September 1939 Germany rolled into Poland Britain and France declared war.

Churchill wasn't even involved. By the time Churchill became PM Germany had invaded Czechoslovakia, Austria, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands and France.

Learn history people. Don't let yourselves be fooled by the Hitler fanboys.

Yup, Churchill wasn't even involved. Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain and Foreign Secretary Lord Halifax worked with Hitler at Munich to try to preserve the peace and later declared war on Germany when Germany invaded Poland. At that point Churchill was just an MP and he wasn't even a minor player in Germany's road to war.

Churchill became Prime Minister only after Germany had invaded most of Europe. Chamberlain the peacemaker realized that Hitler had never intended to keep his word and stepped down for being a fool. Churchill is known for standing up to the little shitstain with the funny mustache who started WWII by invading nation after nation. But other than pushing for increasing the British military he had no involvement in Germany's path to starting WWII.

"At the beginning of World War I, Britain set up a blockade designed, according to one of its architects, Winston Churchill, to "starve the whole population of Germany - men, women and children, old and young, wounded and sound - into submission."

By January 1918, the country’s food supply had been reduced by half and its civilians were dying almost at the same rate as its soldiers. When the war finally ended eleven months later, the Germans assumed the blockade would be lifted and they would be fed again.

Instead the blockade went on, and was even tightened. By the following spring, German authorities were projecting a threefold increase in infant mortality. In March 1919, General Herbert Plumer, commander of British occupation forces in the Rhineland, told Prime Minister David Lloyd George that his men could no longer stand the sight of "hordes of skinny and bloated children pawing over the offal" from the British camps..." Actually no, they lost... thats all that maters in the end....

The German war leadership, and Hitler were famous for having heated arguments over the war. Hitler did not suppress any opinions... when it came to Battle strategy...

But they lost....if the had managed to develop the A Bomb, then we would all be leaving in the LAND OF THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE....

at least i would because I am an ARYAN.

My grandfather used to sing this song to me when I was a baby...

Ten Thousand swedes ran through the weeds at the battle of Copenhagen...

Ten thousand more ran cross the shore, pursued by one Norwegian...

Yes, Germany lost 2 world wars due to the British blockade. Germany couldn't challenge the Royal Navy... but they did use submarine warfare to attempt to starve Britain and sunk 5,000 merchant ships during WWI. But the British blockade proved more effective. Allied troops never invaded Germany during WWI... Germany still had to surrender because of shortages of everything from food to raw materials to manpower.

Still what does that have to do with Hitler starting WWII more than 20 years later at a time when Churchill was not in power?

Look up Pervitin. The idea is if you can keep soldiers awake and alert for long critical periods combat performance would be improved. What makes people sloppy is that meth makes it so you can keep going without sleep... but the human brain can't do that. Without down periods of sleep people become very sloppy and can become delusional and less able to deal with stress.

From Wikipedia on Pervitin ...

During World War II, methamphetamine was sold in tablet form under the brand name Pervitin (not to be confused with Perviton, which is a synonym for Phenatine), produced by the Berlin-based Temmler pharmaceutical company. It was used extensively by all branches of the combined Wehrmacht armed forces of the Third Reich, and was popular with Luftwaffe pilots in particular, for its performance-enhancing stimulant effects and to induce extended wakefulness.[145][146] Pervitin became colloquially known among the German troops as "Stuka-Tablets" (Stuka-Tabletten) and "Herman-Göring-Pills" (Hermann-Göring-Pillen). Side effects were so serious that the army sharply cut back its usage in 1940.[147] Historian Lukasz Kamienski says "A soldier going to battle on Pervitin usually found himself unable to perform effectively for the next day or two. Suffering from a drug hangover and looking more like a zombie than a great warrior, he had to recover from the side effects." Some soldiers turned very violent, committing war crimes against civilians; others attacked their own officers.

While some people were speaking about
how the temple was adorned with costly stones and votive offerings,
Jesus said, "All that you see here--
the days will come when there will not be left
a stone upon another stone that will not be thrown down."

Then they asked him,
"Teacher, when will this happen?
And what sign will there be when all these things are about to happen?"
He answered,
"See that you not be deceived,
for many will come in my name, saying,
'I am he,' and 'The time has come.'
Do not follow them!
When you hear of wars and insurrections,
do not be terrified; for such things must happen first,
but it will not immediately be the end."
Then he said to them,
"Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
There will be powerful earthquakes, famines, and plagues
from place to place;
and awesome sights and mighty signs will come from the sky.

"Before all this happens, however,
they will seize and persecute you,
they will hand you over to the synagogues and to prisons,
and they will have you led before kings and governors
because of my name.
It will lead to your giving testimony.
Remember, you are not to prepare your defense beforehand,
for I myself shall give you a wisdom in speaking
that all your adversaries will be powerless to resist or refute.
You will even be handed over by parents, brothers, relatives, and friends,
and they will put some of you to death.
You will be hated by all because of my name,
but not a hair on your head will be destroyed.
By your perseverance you will secure your lives." - LK 21:5-19

The Nazis, like every nation in that conflict, studied and experimented with meth on a limited scale. There is no evidence they or any other nation for that matter gave it to troops en masse. That would have been extremely stupid, given what meth actually does to a person's brain. It doesn't make you a better solider, this is simply a myth.

FDR was also egging the poles on, the germans published the correspondence when they captured it. it was confirmed when the polish foreign minister died and his papers were made public. but its not well know that FDR let his government become full of russian spies and US policy was working to Stalins advantage. Unfortunately for stalin, with all his plotting and preparations Hitler attacked him right before he was set to attack.

Your knowledge of history is flawed, poland's population was over 10% german, czech-o-slovakia's was over 25%. all because of the bad treaties. ever wonder why the italian winter olympic team has german names on it? ever wonder why the "serbian" that shot down the F117 had a hungarian name? or the priest that started the romanian revolution had a hungarian name? ever go to kolobrzeg and see the signs in german? war could've been avoided if FDR hadn't been egging on the poles with stalins agents influencing him. Remember if molotov hadn't signed the treaty there would've been no war.
