And ask for the light of Jesus and the angels to come into your heart and watch over you. And prayer as a form of meditation to calm the mind as well. When you are trying to recite a passage or prayer for instance, then your mind has more difficulty thinking about what's bothering you.

Mental health is often about getting into the right mind set. Getting into the right mind set can take a lot of work. There is nothing wrong with asking for help from above especially in times of crisis. And then as you said, good physical health vis a vis nutrition and exercise helps too. Body and mind.
