Cultural Focus should be on family and recreation. Work should be a "tolerated" but not celebrated thing. We work in order to live, not live in order to work.

Culture should treat liars worse than murderers. Lies destroy nations. No deception should go unshamed.

That said, our Culture should be one that champions forgiveness and mercy and our legal system should reflect that. (Ex: The US Legal system reflects vengeance and cruelty) If the culture truly embraces forgiveness and mercy prosecutors would not get re-elected based on their conviction-rate rather than on only destroying the irredeemable.

Also, we need to make sure men have cultural value since they are born with less biological value. All people have equal worth as human beings (this doesn't necessarily entitle them to equal possessions, equal pay, etc...) but all humans should be treated as well as beautiful young blond women are treated in the US today.

Capitalism encourages hard work and innovation. That being said work is no longer the focus of the new perfect society. So capitalism should still be used, but money has to be stopped from influencing public policy. Therefore people will need a direct democracy to counter balance capitalism. If a company wanted to "lobby" for a legal change, it would have to "lobby" 51% of the people.

After the initial constitution, all new laws should have a "sundown date". No more "this is law, forever" laws. If the law is GOOD, we can vote it in again.
