Enemies are often more useful than our friends
Enemies are often more useful than our friends

"It is nice to have some friends, but we must admit that enemies are also very helpful. Yes, if you study the question closely, you will understand that your enemies are actually your real friends, since they are merciless, they will spare you nothing and emphasize everything that goes wrong. You will say, 'Often they do exaggerate!' Yes it is true, but that does not matter, they act as microscopes, which are sometimes very useful; every day scientists use microscopes, and this allows them to see details that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Therefore if you really want to improve yourself, instead of bearing a grudge against your enemies, you must acknowledge the help they give you. It is they who force you to work, mend your ways, find solutions to the problems they raise and, thanks to them, you thus become wiser and stronger."

"It is a tradition to raise monuments and statues to the men and women who have contributed wonderful things to a society, to a culture or even to humanity as a whole. It is right to do so, of course, and I am not suggesting that we should not honour them. Nevertheless, I believe it is to our enemies that we should erect the most beautiful monuments and statues. Of course! They are our true benefactors, thanks to whom we are forced to become more vigilant, more intelligent and more patient. Do you think I’m joking? Well, think what you like, but all the same, try to reflect a little on this idea: our friends often put us to sleep, whereas our enemies upset and stimulate us. You will say: ‘But they make our life impossible!’ In fact, if you possess a high ideal and the sincere desire to advance, you will receive all the knowledge and strength necessary to make use of every obstacle your enemies put on your path. These obstacles are like rungs of a ladder which allow you to climb higher and higher."

"Even if those who preach Christianity strive to remember the precept given by Jesus: 'Love your enemies', in reality there are very few people capable of applying it. The majority do not even know how to love their friends, so how can they love their enemies? It is so difficult! In order to succeed in doing so, we must link ourselves with a being who manifests this commandment fully: the sun. Watch, and you will see that however human beings behave, the sun continues to send them its light and warmth, to nourish and vivify them.

If you want to understand the highest moral code, you will find it in the sun, and only there. And since the sun represents the spirit within you, when looking at it, force yourself to rise to those regions within you where you feel that nothing can touch you. Because it is only from here that, whatever happens to you, you can continue to send out your light and your love."

"Shooting an enemy with a revolver or pouring a few drops of poison into their glass, placing explosives or turning on the gas to blow up their house – that’s easy. There’s nothing to be proud of or boast about in that sort of victory.

True victory does not mean annihilating enemies. True victory means successfully turning enemies into friends. Be very clear about that. For then, instead of being surrounded by people who seek only to harm you, you’ll be surrounded by those whose only thought is to help you. It’s difficult, of course; not only does it require great work on yourself, which is the first difficulty, but then there is the even greater difficulty, the work you have to do on the other person to convince them you could be friends. But if you gain this kind of victory, it proves you live in the truth."

"This is something you ought to know: no matter who you are or what you do, you will be subjected to trials. So, rather than being surprised every time, as if it were news to you, and making everybody else, the Lord included, responsible for your difficulties, you need to reflect, to meditate, and you will understand the positive aspect of your trials.

Many qualities cannot be developed if you haven't gone through a certain amount of suffering, if you haven't experienced failure, illness or even the enmity of other human beings. Yes, this is why I'll say to you that often our enemies are friends in disguise, because they oblige us to strive and progress. Jesus said, 'Love your enemies,' and many people find this commandment not only impossible to achieve but absurd: how can we love people who hurt us? It's impossible! But it is possible, when we discover they are friends in disguise and that providence has sent them to oblige us to make progress on the path towards mastery and freedom."

No one likes to have enemies, of course, but if you want to defend yourself, try to find something in them that you can love a little. Hating them creates tears in your aura, and through these tears, you make contact with everything that is negative in them. You are vulnerable to these harmful elements which, once they have gained entry, begin to destroy you. It is for this reason that Jesus said: ‘Love your enemies.’ He knew these great laws; he knew that hatred makes us vulnerable. If we are to defend ourselves we must enter the impenetrable fortress of divine love, for love is the greatest protection against our enemies. To love our enemies is one of the most difficult challenges there is, but it is the only effective weapon.

Re: Enemies are often more useful than our friends
Someone has treated you badly… Even if it is difficult, learn to forgive. Have faith and trust in the power of the beings of light in the invisible world, as they are always ready to give you the means to regain your strength and courage when you work according to their laws. Now, if you think the person who has done wrong to you really deserves to be taught a lesson, speak to these entities. Say, ‘This is what this person has done to me, and now because of them I am suffering, encountering great difficulties’ – and you can even tell them what these are, if you like. ‘So I am asking you to intervene to put right the harm that was done to me.’ In this way you lodge a complaint with heaven as you would with the courts, and then heaven will see what can be done. But in any case, do not try to take revenge yourself. I don’t mean by that that we should abolish judges, courts and punishments, leave criminals alone and wait for divine justice to deal with them one day! No, let the judges and the courts do their work, and let them do it to their best ability, because it is very difficult work. I am simply drawing your attention to a few principles of spiritual life.

In all places and at all times, money and possessions have been a cause of conflict for humans. You only have to see what happens in families – the tragedies there are around issues of inheritance! Envy and greed are what keep not only families but societies and countries in a state of permanent conflict. Yes, the cause of war is always greed. Whatever the reasons given – and often they can even be most noble – the real motive is always to take something from someone (money, land, the earth’s riches), and, obviously, the other is forced to retaliate. There is nothing reprehensible about wanting possessions, but not at the expense of others. And those who are wealthy must not keep everything for themselves but learn to share their wealth. No one is richer than the Lord. His best representative on earth is the sun. The sun is rich to overflowing. Why not imitate it? If you cannot be generous with material riches, which you may not possess, be generous with your spiritual riches – with kindness, understanding, leniency and forgiveness.

The notion that God approaches you or distances himself from you hinders your spiritual evolution. You say to yourself: ‘I have acted badly, I feel abandoned by God; I will wait until he forgives me and comes to me again.’ Well, you can wait for centuries. It is you who must start work immediately. If you expect changes to come from the Lord, if you are content merely to call him to the aid of his wayward child, your illusions will only help prolong your inner malaise. Since it is you who are the cause of these difficulties, correct your mistakes. This is true repentance and will bring you closer to God. To say that God forgives us is an illusion; we are only pardoned when we make reparations. You must divest yourselves of many false notions which have been fostered by religion itself. In all circumstances, work to rise above the clouds in order to rediscover the Divinity within you.

"We are not always rewarded for the good we do, this is true, but that should not be a reason to become discouraged, and what is most important is that we find the right attitude.

Let us say you have done somebody some good, by giving them material help for instance. Then, one day, you find that they did not deserve your help, and you go and tell the whole world how ungrateful they were after all you had done for them and that if you had known ... But why say all these things? If you go and complain to everyone, regretting your good deeds, you destroy the merit of what you did. It had already been recorded up above that you should be rewarded and now, by going round telling everyone that you have been let down, cheated, you erase the good you had done.

Even if the people for whom you did good show themselves ungrateful, turn a blind eye and forgive them. This is how you grow. And anyway, what you have lost here will be given back to you a hundred times over later. Whatever people do to you, do not try to settle your scores. Wait for Heaven to pronounce itself in your favour; it is bound to happen one day."

"Love is a form of injustice. But before learning to manifest this injustice, i.e. love, we must learn to manifest justice. Moses imposed on the Jewish people ruthless laws upholding such principles as 'an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth'. The slightest error had to be punished. There was never any question of leniency or forgiveness. But that was understandable, since humankind was at a degree of evolution where it needed stringent rules. At that time, justice was already considerable progress in itself. But this situation could not last for ever, because God is clement and merciful, and human beings, who were created in His image, had to become clement and merciful like Him. This is why Jesus came to teach forgiveness. If you look at how he behaved with the disgraced and the sinners you see that he transgressed the law of justice by his attitude, but by transgressing the law of justice, he instituted the law of love."

"Because God is so great, he neither concerns himself with the mistakes and malice of human beings, nor does he vary according to their behaviour. Therefore, if you feel worried or rejected because you have behaved badly, do not claim that God has withdrawn or that he has rejected you. Instead, make an effort and rectify your mistakes and you will once again feel close to him.

Above all, do not wait for God to forgive you: he has not condemned you, so he has nothing to forgive you for. No purpose is served by beating your breast and saying, ‘I am a sinner. I am a sinner.’ Since you had the power to create the clouds that deprive you of God’s light, you also have the power to disperse them. Everything depends on you, on your attitude. What good do all the advancements in psychology serve if human beings are not able to analyse these vitally important states they experience, to understand them and correct them?"

"Do not always take justice as a rule of conduct. Always give more than you have to, and forgive those who have done you harm. This is how you will win friends.

Justice was useful in an era when people could not yet accept the teaching of love. The Old Testament speaks only of justice: ‘eye for eye, tooth for tooth’. But if we continue to act in this way today, we stand to lose a great deal, for it will always be justice that we meet. On the other hand, if we work according to the law of love, it is love that will come to pay us a visit.

The law of justice is necessary as a foundation for morality, but it is not sufficient for the establishment on earth of the kingdom of God… ‘and his justice’, this divine justice which is not the justice of human beings. Love is always greater than justice. "

"Justice is not a virtue humans practise spontaneously, which is why when Moses emphasized this virtue he greatly served their progress. Later, Jesus came to teach them love and forgiveness. But should it stop there? No, there is still a further stage to be reached, because forgiveness does not actually solve every problem. If somebody comes and attacks you, are you not allowed to be stronger than them, to seize them by the waist and lift them up and say, 'Well, do you want me to throw you to the ground?' But you don't throw them; you gently place them back on their feet. And they will have understood. Obviously, this is symbolic. What I mean is that you have to be stronger than your enemies and immobilize them with a gesture, a word or a glance. You do not mistreat them; you even help them by giving them a splendid lesson.

To obtain this spiritual power, you must pray, meditate and exercise, taking the sun as your model. Who then can touch you without being burned by the contact with your heat and your light? Enemies will stay away; they will no longer dare to come near you. In the presence of spiritual power, we always have to capitulate. After justice, after love and forgiveness, human beings still have to win true power."

the only thing that matters in life is the power to kill your enemies. if you cannot kill your enemies they will inflict as much suffering on you as they possibly can, then you will understand, the only thing that matters is the power to kill those who wish you harm.

Wrong, you will suffer even more from the repercussions you have created while you're transgressing Divine Law ... and if you're too ignorant you'll not even realize from where your struggle comes and that really hurts ... you'll experience pure hell on earth like war criminals in high positions, dictators, misleader politicians, satanic scientists, racist ideologues, ... make sure you never ever transgress following Laws...

There is only one simple law in nature. Eat others until you yourself are eaten. The weak and/or stupid are eaten by the strong and/or clever. Your gods and philosophies are just your feeble mind's attempt to find patterns which are then exploited by clever predators to use you for cheap labor and then fertilizer. This life is a lesser form of hell and death is your only true reward. If there is a God, it cares nothing for you and your pathetic wants.

I like your message.
But don't overly glorify the sun (or is this metaphor?). God is the beginning and the end.

God extends the free gift of grace to all. You do not earn it. You do not deserve it, but it is freely given - perhaps like the light of the sun. But you are asked, and led sometimes by the assistance of enemies, to receive it.

Well, continue to kill your enemies then and see yourself where that leads you, it will be hell of a ride fo sure ... good luck, just between you and me, to prevent the worst, you still may want to consult Bush, Blair, Netanyahu, Sheldon Adelson, Soros, Trump, Obama, ... in one of their afterlifes to bring you to your senses ...
