It relaxes me a lot. I didn't know about this crossword puzzle before, but now I'll try to solve it one day. Now I have ordered jigsaw puzzles australia [link to journeyofsomething.com (secure)] on the advice of my friend and I really like doing them. This is probably my form of meditation and an ideal method of relaxation. When you put something together in a small piece, it's something like a miracle. Besides, this is how the brain develops.
