They ruin their state to drive down the value of properties and businesses. Then they move in, purchase the devalued assets (or it is done by their cohorts) and either auction off the assets or use tax dollars to redevelop the failed areas. Then they advertise them as "rejuvenated" and resell them back to businesses and suckers and then start thew whole process over again. |
