Take heart and say to the bully that you're willing to try and resolve whatever issue he has with you if he could just state what his problem was with you. If mutual goodwill can not be found, go to your supervisor and report it to the authorities to have it on record. The important thing here is to position yourself with empowerment. You don't have to personally retaliate to prove your manhood. The bully is operating from a low position and you do not want to engage him there, only if you have to physically defend yourself.
