I listened to the full speech and what worries me is his description of the state of the judicial system, the lower courts. Can there be justice brought against illegal acts of the FBI etc., will the lower courts interfere? The investigators, prosecutors must succeed by taking the time to do it right the first time, not to fail, to ensure criminal justice procedures are followed thoroughly. But will the judicial system, the lower courts lead to favoritism, dismissals, and exonerations.

Or is AG Barr pointing out and making the case that military justice procedures are to follow through?
