Ite genuine, but there is nothing alarming about it.

Both Greta and the girl in the old photo, have a type of Scandinavian look, with slight Mongoloid features.

Many Scandinavians have it, (especially Finns and Swedes), due to some East Asian admixture, others dont.

I call it the Mongoloid looking blonde. Most Nordic Europeans have a slight bit of East Asian admixture.

I'm half-Scandinavian (from Denmark), and my two sisters are blue-eyed blondes. One of them has a slight Mongoloid appearance, the other does not.

I dont have any Mongoloid appearance myself, though I have a bit of East Asian genes as well.

It also does not affect our behavior.

However, in the case of Greta it seem to, since she keeps blaming Western countries for "global warming and pollution", while not blaming Eastern countries like China and India.
