That's what a planet is. That's why. Quoting: Irredeemable From our perspective "planets" are just round circles of light in the sky. They could be much smaller than what we are told. Furthermore, from our perspective, the earth looks relatively flat and feels motionless. So just because we are looking at round circles of light floating in the sky, doesn't mean we are on a ball. Bad logic. |

Pluto used to be a moon that was put into a "planetary orbit" so its going around the sun but it crosses the orbits of other planets. And planets dont do that. Planets all have their own orbit they dont cross between each other. |

The clearing of the orbit happens during formation mostly. And the orbits become set. Why does Pluto cross between the Orbit of another Planet? Because its not a Planet. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 75953087 United States 11/19/2019 12:58 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Earth was made from Two Planets. Because the Asteroid belt used to be a Planet. It was destroyed and broken apart. Part of the destroyed planet went closer to the sun and hit the proto-earth and they merged and became our Earth. The moon used to be a moon of the planet in the asteroid belt. It was Captured. You can still find Ceres in the Asteroid Belt. It was a moon of the destroyed planet. There is solid evidence for this theory. And old mythological stories that back it up. |
