Taking care of yourself before trying to help others is important, so you'll have the positive and healing energy to help others as well. You might even want to take a break from trying to help others and just concentrate on you. I've had to do that, we all do.

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by trying this approach to help yourself OP. I hope you try them and that they work ! Keep doing them especially the PROTECTION ones do those everyday as ALL Targeted Individuals NEED strong protection and defense ! I do/say/read aloud 2 protection prayers everyday without fail now.

BUT the courts of heaven and cancellation of government contracts/ vows etc prayers I did those ones for like 5 days ONLY 2x per day EACH.

TARGETED INDIVIDUALS

What is a Targeted Individual? A Targeted Individual (TI) is someone that has been selected by the Deep State (usually FBI, DHS, or CIA) to unwillingly participate in an experimental government torture program. This program was developed under the CIA's MK-Ultra project and is designed to break down the individual and "neutralize the person," using psychological, physical, and emotional stress. The ultimate goal of this program is to control the entire population, through intimidation, fear, and threats. Political activists, Labor Union leaders, Scientists, and Whistleblowers are some of the main targets of the program. However, some people are randomly chosen. Family and spousal relationships are usually destroyed, as part of this psychological torture.

The FBI & DHS Fusion Centers run the global gangstalking program, which is designed to harass, intimidate, and break down the target. The FBI outsources much of the local harassment to community groups, such as Infragard, Citizen Corp, and Neighborhood Watch. Targeted Individuals are placed on the Terrorist Watchlist and tracked as "Non-Investigative Subjects," so that local police and sheriffs can be instructed not to assist with their emergency calls.

The CIA and Air Force operate the Microwave Weapons program through the underground complex at Schriever Air Force Base, near Colorado Springs. The Vircator microwave satellite weapon, and high-power magnetrons (digital beam forming), mounted in cell phone towers are used. MQ9 drones with microwave weapons are also increasingly being used. The microwave beams generally target the head and cause long-term brain damage. You are not Jacob or Susie.
You are who you are in spirit.
You have to look at reality like a 4th wall your Body is the 4th wall but you are constantly being observed by billions of watchers.
You have to understand at the moment you are "Acting"
And you are in character.
You are sensitive to the spirits around you and the spirits in people you are able to perceive there heart there thoughts.
You have to seperate yourself from character because you are suppose to have a higher perspective on things.

Being an empath in this world is like being in hell.

Yes, it a blessing/curse...'may you go through all of your karma in the next two weeks' is both. May you experience that yourself.

I hate to be one of these people but I am. And there is a reason why empaths and sensitives get played like this, and its about the subconscious. Your subconscious doesn't have the same boundaries as "normal" people. These people do not like that, instinctively they target you for ruin because their subconscious is triggered. They often sense you have something they don't and they cannot put their finger on it. This causes all the envy that seems to come from nowhere, even when you have no worldly goods they could possibly envy, the envy is still there.

I hate to make this about money but that is all it boils down to. You need enough money so you can cut all narcissists out of your life. They make it HARD to gain in this world. Push past them. STOP HELPING OTHERS AND HELP YOURSELF ONLY. It will pay off.

Remember envy is the primary emotion that drives narcissists. Remember that. Be aloof.

If your kid hates you, that just means you were a terrible mother.

Try changing your thoughts. Tell the Universe what you want. When you say:
"And when you're surrounded by narcissists because they can sense us like a shark in the water, that's all we attract."

Your thoughts are telling the Universe that Narcissists are all you attract.

Try and keep your thought process POSITIVE no matter what. It can be a challenge to change, but please try.

If you feel bad, take note of the thoughts you are having. Write those thoughts down. Then see them for what they are. Most likely they are negative thoughts.

Now....write down a positive thought and cross out any negative thought you had written down.

Never tell the Universe what you don't want. Always put it in positive motion. "I want ..........kind and caring people to surround me."

It can be tough on empaths in this world no doubt and my rule for me is to cut all ties with narcissists. No contact. I had to do that with my sister and I wish I would have done it sooner. I made excuse after excuse for many years of her poor behavior towards me until I finally figured it out. I thought she was a psychopath and a control freak until one day a video suggestion popped up on narcissists. So many similarities in her behavior was overwhelming. I finally after more of her BS called her a narcissist and her reply was a smiley face. Very twisted individuals who will suck the energy from you like a vampire if you allow it. They fool many people and many of them will size up everyone they come in contact with. They always believe they are superior (smarter) to everyone. They will argue about everything because no matter what they have to be "right." She is not allowed in my life, but the damage done has been tough on me. It's like my focus (energy) is still drawn by her at times, but It lessens as time goes by.
