You have to seperate yourself from your spirit.

You are not Jacob or Susie.
You are who you are in spirit.
You have to look at reality like a 4th wall your Body is the 4th wall but you are constantly being observed by billions of watchers.
You have to understand at the moment you are "Acting"
And you are in character.
You are sensitive to the spirits around you and the spirits in people you are able to perceive there heart there thoughts.
You have to seperate yourself from character because you are suppose to have a higher perspective on things.
Take not what you see in the earth but build your own perspective on things.
Or else the demons will run you because they know you can feel them.
