That's actually a true statement and I am not a scientologist.

The new E-meter Mark 8 is hacked by the CIA and will be their downfall however.

Somehow they got tricked into using a post-911 processor in the Mark 8, and it was made in Japan, not by scientologists. That's a red flag if I ever saw one.
