While I support several aspects of the MORE bill, I am concerned about the provision that states there will be a 5% tax on sales. That money will then be used to "rebuild communities" damaged by out of control drug use. In other words, those communities who foster and support the violent drug culture are gonna get a whole bunch of gubment free money.

Well your right about it being about money. Guess who the biggest proponents for keeping weed illegal. The growers, they think that they are not getting enough profit for the time and money they put into it. Black market weed makes these growers rich. Shit I grow for personal use and nothing more. I have cancer and other problems and weed helps. They don't like it tuff.
