Fully understandable, deplorable scottfree. At least this couple managed to get their justice through the courts. It took nearly two effin' years to get their much deserved justice, but they got their justice regardless. Just check what BRYinTX said above on this part. That's the first paragraph on the link, HighImpactVlogs. It appears to me that this couple managed to win their court case. While that is great for us Texans it's also immeasurably frustrating that so many of our cops in America so freely stomp our Constitutional Rights and there's naught a thing we Americans can do about it in the moment(s). We can only find justice through the courts with the correct lawyer(s), The Rutherford Institute, or what have you. So if the cops decide to murder you, any of your loved ones, and/or pets while they're busy stomping on your Civil Liberties afforded to us by our Constitution and Bill of Rights you're completely SOL in the moment. Good luck having the mountain of cash to afford to fight for your justice in the Corrupt American Courts.

Cases like this where rights protected under the constitution are violated... won't call them constitutional rights.... the people involved can sue in Federal court for a civil rights violation. There the cops themselves can be sued directly... not just the venue they serve.

Warrantless search. Even if states pass laws allowing it, it's unconstitutional. Not that the criminals who rule us care. The only exceptions are when an officer has a reasonable suspicion that a life is imminent danger.

Here in Texas from what I understand it really depends on the County you're in for these types of abuses. My county doesn't seem to be this way, but I will try to made a new thread later about the mass shooting that happened in my town late last month.

Police have to be allowed to investigate potential crimes when someones life and or health may be in immediate danger don't they? Don't we want them to?

It's not like these cops just happened to show up at these folks doorstep to harass them that day.

Please note, I'm not trying to justify their actions...all we have is what we see on this video but to call it "off the hook tyranny" just seems a bit over the top to me.

I get where you're coming from, FeedYourHead, but the medical condition of the lady in question was never disclosed. The cops just said "medical condition" and that was that. I thought it was pretty nuts for it to be alright for the cops to come stomp on your civil rights because of some unknowable individual(s)'s anonymous claim(s) involving unknown female with your son. If the cops were truly not wanting to stomp on anyone's civil rights they would of gotten a proper search warrant as soon as possible. So the word "tyranny" may be too strong of a word here, FeedYourHead, but definitely "cop bullying" is applicable I would think.

Yeah, not sure why the dorks didn't just tell the people about what it was they were investigating, an actual potential crime where potentially a woman's life could be in danger. Had they done that the entire situation may have been avoided. I know most mothers who have daughters would want to cooperate under those circumstances. Oh well...at these the folks go paid for their treatment.
