I have an American Indian friend, one of my best friends, enrolled tribal member, elder, works in tribal government.

Thanksgiving is his favorite holiday.

It's for giving thanks to God and counting your blessings, not for dredging up injustices and grudges.

If people would pay more attention to nature they would see God's message of abundance and plenty for all written in the leaves on every tree, the water that flows in every river, the grass that grows.

There will always be more, there will always be another harvest, the Lord will provide.

There is nothing man can do to undo the generosity and resiliency of nature, that cannot be undone.

Nature will always triumph.

If you're worried about Thanksgiving being a celebration of something evil, plant a garden. Tend it all summer and in the fall when your kitchen is overflowing with produce, have your own Thanksgiving for your harvest.

It's supposed to be between you and God and nature, today. It's not a political holiday no matter how much you want to poison everything and make it political.

If people understood that we are under attack, they would see these propaganda campaigns against the cultural traditions of our ancestors, as the genocidal operations they are.

Anyone who tries to rob you of your heritage and traditions and your ancestral pride should be suspected as an agent that wants to kill your culture first, make you hate yourself, and then take you out. They want to destroy your sense of self, your survival instinct, your identity, so that when they come to get you, you won't even fight back because you see yourself as unworthy.

I look back on history, what little of it is probably actually true and accurate, and I just...what can I do about any of it?...it's gone.

We're all pretty much in the same stew now. We've all compromised our traditions and ways of life to build this new thing and yet some would still argue about how we're better or different than anyone else.

Even people who are most like us quietly operate under different philosophies and ideologies. Differences in skin color and points of view, differences in culture should be celebrated not homogenized.

Extremists should be made fun of and not taken seriously. The idea that extremism is "dangerous" is only true as long as we empower them with our fear. All they really are: either social engineers trying to force a thought pattern on YOU or they are people who lack self-awareness enough that they've sold their own identity for one that was pre-constructed for them.

We don't even need to hate the Social Engineers. We simply need to recognize them, identify them, and let them know that they no longer function.
