It's put up or shut up time for Trump. Here's his chance to call his witnesses and present evidence.

President Donald Trump has until Dec. 6 to present witnesses and call evidence in impeachment hearings led by the Democratic-led House Judiciary Committee, the committee’s chair Jerrold Nadler, D-NY, wrote in a letter on Friday.

The Judiciary Committee will hold its first hearing on Dec. 4 on the constitutional basis of impeachment. The hearing comes following the House Intelligence Committee’s weeks-long inquiry into allegations the Trump administration withheld military aid to Ukraine in exchange for investigations into Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President and current Democratic candidate Joe Biden. The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, led by Rep. Adam Schiff, D-CA, will present a report on its findings to be used by Judiciary Committee.

Candidate Trump was framed for stealing a horse;

President Trump was subsequently accused of trying too hard to avoid hanging for it.

Prosecutor Mueller eventually conceded that Trump didn’t steal the horse; however, by then the focus was on Trump’s efforts to avoid the hanging.

Eventually Mueller testified; it surfaced there was never a horse to begin with… Impeachment was stalled.

Prosecutor Jerry Nadler is attempting to resurrect a legal theory that President Trump can still be hung for attempting to avoid the hanging, even if there was no horse theft.

Yup, that’s were we’re at.

Nadler will sit as Chairman of a House Committee and bring in the news cameras and pretend to be a man of great consequence.

Only in the Senate and before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court will you all see how weak he really is.

Let them call all of the witnesses (~8) that were ALL denied under shifty for full cross examination.

Starting with "I lost my crack pipe in the rental car" Biden.

Then CIA Eric, "V" the Ukrainian Burisma plant, etc.

I would just wait for the Senate trial and force them to testify... Biden in particular, as he would have zero immunity to subpoena as a simple crack rattled citizen.

Remember and remember well, Nixon was never impeached. He was threatened with impeachment, considered the threat credible and resigned to avoid the event.

Someone is bluffing on the Trump issue and IMO it ain't Trump. This time WILL NOT be the same.

If the Democrats are not prepared to argue their case against Trump in the presence the SCOTUS, they will be Humiliated.

But it would happen in a Senate trial, which is why, Trump will not be impeached by the House.

Nancy will attempt to find a way out of this mess they are in, probably go the censure route, so the Senate never gets any part of this. She will say it would not look good if the Senate said Trump was innocent, even though she and the Dims know he is not. So the best we can do is censure him.

Idiots never look at how things will turn out, they just jump. They tried a bullshit charge against Trump with this whistleblower, Eric Ciaramella, make up a fake call narrative, they jump right in. Trump releases the call and makes their jump land in a shitpile.
