Can Roman Catholics point to scripture where it states that I must pray to Mary?

There’s nothing that says you must... but also, Catholics don’t pray to Mary, they are asking Mary to pray for us. The most common prayers are the Hail Mary and the Magnificat:

These prayers can be found in the bible:
The greeting of Elizabeth to Mary and
The greeting of the Angel Gabriel to Mary

Hail Mary:

Hail Mary, full of grace
The Lord is with thee
Blessed are you among women
and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus
Holy Mary mother of God
Pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death, Amen

Note the last line is asking Mary to pray for us...

The Magnificat follows the Greeting of Elizabeth in the bible:

In this canticle that Mary sings, the lines state that “all generations shall call me blessed” which is what people do when they recite the “Hail Mary”. It says that Mary is glorified through God. She reminds us that God is merciful.

The Rosary is comprised of the Apostles Creed, the Hail Mary, and the Our Father

The Our Father is found in scripture: Mathew 6:9 where the disciples ask Jesus how we should pray, it is the prayer that Jesus recommends

So the most common prayers about Mary are all biblical scriptures. The scripture that shows that it is appropriate to address Mary are at the Wedding at Cana, (John 2:1-11) Jesus respects his mother’s wish to perform a miracle giving the bride and groom more wine by changing water into wine even though it is “not yet his time” to reveal himself. This shows that Jesus listens to his mothers wishes as a powerful intercessor for human’s basic needs.

So Catholics are asking Mary to intercede for us to Jesus, not answer the prayers herself.

Truly those that go to Heaven after their personal judgement are more alive than ever for the soul is immortal and CANNOT die, and in fact those souls have Jesus Christ living as King of their soul, for through the miracle of the Holy Spirit simple bread and wine is turned into the Body and Blood of Christ, and Jesus Christ is literally inside them, and if they went to Heaven Jesus encompasses the soul completely and entirely, and Jesus even said in the Gospel of John that people would come after him that would do greater miracles than he did, so praying to a Saint in Heaven is praying to Jesus as Jesus has enveloped their soul entirely and they truly and literally have Jesus Christ as King of their soul.

Every Eucharist that has been tested by science and the shroud of Turin all come back as AB blood, and the unique thing about AB blood is it is a universal recipient, the only blood type that is, and when prominent scientists from New York based Columbia University tested the Eucharist it came back as blood from an alive heart under duress. Why did the disciples stop believing in John Chapter 6? And why did Jesus say to Paul "why do you persecute me"? Because mystically speaking Jesus is on the cross till the end of time. Jesus confirmed this by saying why do persecute ME. Because he is alive in the Eucharist and many Catholics and Orthodox who are in the state of grace literally have Jesus Christ inside them. This is a mystery of the Faith and many disciples stopped following him in John Chapter 6 because of this.

And this is why the Catholic Church is called the Mystical Body of Christ and everyone who has Jesus Christ literally reign King of their soul is a member of this Mystical Body of Christ so all miracles and prayers are by those and to those who are in the Mystical Body of Christ.
