I guess you don't realize that his mustache was quite fashionable during his life. So yes there were plenty of men around that had Hitler staches back in the day.

But he has the same facial features and bone structure, same shoulder-to-hip ratio, and that look Hitler is giving gazing off into the distance in defiance: classic Hitler. And one of the South American countries he was hanging out in (Argentina) was a major Nazi sympathizer (yes, even after the war), so I doubt they or any countries friendly to them would have treated him as anything other than a welcome guest. No need for a deep disguise. Correct. And the Nazis had friends in the Western intelligence establishment as well. Friends like Prescott Bush, whose son became the head of the CIA.
