Notice how they said the car did it not the person driving it. It's a subtle trick of language they play on the public. It is used to push for the banning of cars or knives or guns etc. by making it sound like it's inanimate objects fault rather then the person misusing the item. It's a way to take away our rights and freedoms and create an open air prison like North Korea. Prisoners are not allowed to drive cars or have sharp objects. The authorities are scared of the public and want to treat us all like a bunch of potential criminals so they can control us and maintain their power and privilege.
