I am already following his protocol for a few months now and so is my Mom and sister as a preventive measure. We take the Fen Ben protocol he suggests 10 days straight each month. You can buy cheap Fen Ben in the Equine section at Tractor Supply. Comes in a paste in a tube. And add vitamin E to each dose and and super b complex including vitamin k. Take it with food.
