health is a life long process , start early in life eat only whole natural foods ,has anyone heard of D E , it is a single celled fossil they grind up and put in the grain supply to keep bugs ect , out research this product , its cheap, and some people are using it to cleanse their bowels , if your not having regular stools you need to keep your colon clean ,
