You can easily get a loan with that much equity on a home, or just get a fast Hard Money loan that requires no qualifying of anything and then close and get a regular loan. Even on a 30K purchase a mortgage would be about 150 dollars a month.

No I dont think they "steal" homes, if someone cannot pay their mortgage, the bank evicts the tenants and takes ownership of the property, thats how it works, there no giant conspiracy of bankers erasing black mortgages from the record, thats asinine.
