The first pic in the OP looks nothing like these pics. The first thing I noticed is that the first pic in the OP has lips that are too full. It looks like a body double. Then, I saw your pics and I am convinced the first picture in the OP is not the Queen.

Whether or not she is dead is a different story but there are some discrepancies in the pictures posted.
