Mary is the one, at the top, of every human being ever born because she and she alone was born without sin (immaculate conception).

Adam and Eve were created. Everyone after this (except Mary) were born with original sin.

Mary is far above every Saint, the Saint of Saints. That's why is the Queen of Heaven (co-Ruler of all Creation).
