So an entitled millennial who is an extreme asshat, eats a sandwich in a no eating area and continues to eat the sandwich while the cop stands there - defiant in his attitude.
The bearded asshat is your typical liberal asshole. Creating trouble, then crying 'harassment' when cops show up.

They are shit stiring assholes too. Sure he has the right to say something. The cop told him to stop eating. Shit-doofus shoves more sandwich into his pie hole and tells the cop to "piss off" basically. THAT is attitude my dear.
