The whole thing is silly. Every other group of people who immigrated to America learned English. If I was to move to Russia would I expect everyone to learn English to accommodate me? Hell no that's just silly. Either speak English or get the fuck out of here.

I also find the, "women and people of color or from historically disadvantaged backgrounds highly encouraged" to be even worse. I'd have more respect for these organizations if they just flat out said, don't apply if white and male.
