Many years ago I was put on statin drug. After just a short time I collapsed in a heap on the floor of a business I was in! I was fairly young and wasn’t taking any other meds so it was an easy choice to go off the drug. My muscle atrophy problem and falling subsided after a few weeks off the meds. Twenty years later now and every time I see a new doctor they try to push statins. I tell them NO! Recently went on a whole foods, plant based eating plan and my numbers are normal in all areas. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to those doctors!
