Should I clean it thoroughly with a rough sponge or cut the outside skin of the root off before I blend it? Quoting: Skip. 65507635 Also, since the paste is made with garlic and oil, I imagine it having a long shelf life in the fridge. How long do you think it will keep? You're the one making it. Why the fuck are you asking us? |

Try your home ready first and see how it works. If you develop a fever or the pain gets worse, of course you can go to a dentist or probably even an ER. But if you're not doing too badly right now, why not try the home remedy. I've used them on my teeth/gums in the past and I'm still here. Silver has been particularly effective for me - and hydrogen peroxide. I would recommend both. |

I have a dentist just a few blocks down the street if I need one. I also found some apple cider vinegar in my cupboard. I'm going to add that to my paste too. |

Also...garlic and onions are germ magnets!!! So you really don't want to use long after you cut or crush them. NEVER use diced onions at a hotdog stand! You are really taking your chances with that! If I am going to be damned...I am going to be damned for who I really am! |

I worked whatever it was out. It feels much better already. I'm getting pizza today, no more cream soup!!!! So many people here wanted me to pull the tooth. It was just something small under the gumline that I didn't catch before. A simple fix. The Aleve caused a more serious health problem for me than the tooth did. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 77941443 United States 12/03/2019 04:10 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I did a lot of research and I just got back from the grocery store with the ingredients. They weren't cheap but compared to dental work, it was pennies on the dollar. I bought: Quoting: Skip. 65507635 1. Fresh garlic cloves 2. Fresh turmeric root 3. Fresh ginger root 4. Avocado/Coconut oil I'm going to put all of that into my blender and make a paste out of it. I also had mild stomach bleeding from all the Aleve pills that I've been popping to deal with the pain of my molar. The above ingredients were also recommended online to help with that too. I discontinued taking the Aleve and drinking booze until all of this is straightened out. The tooth that hurts already had a root canal and crown. Actually I'm a little confused at how it can hurt if there already was a root canal procedure done on it many years ago. The teeth next to it don't hurt at all. I was under the impression that after a root canal, you no longer had a nerve for that tooth? Regardless, I need to knock this pain out naturally. I'm going to drink some Kombucha with added caffeine to give me the boost I need to clean my kitchen and start making this paste. I hope U are heading to the hospital. |

I believe I just fixed my tooth by finding the cause of the problem in the gumline. I will also never use Aleve again. To be fair, I ignored the directions on the bottle. Still, I don't trust it anymore. |

Quoting: JypsieWind If it’s hurting you need to see a dentist ASAP It will just get infected again. True, and can also bring other health conditions in on you as well, if there is bone loss already there, then the inflamation can be the biggest factor involved in it, or an immune system problem. The best advise I was given by my dentist, was to remove them before more bone loss accured leaving me with no way to support dentures. That was in my late 20's, at the same time they diagnosed me with osteopersosis and later with fibromyalgia ontop of it. I am going the same way my Dad went and nothing to stop it. Let Freedom Ring 365 User ID: 77952400 United States 12/03/2019 05:31 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | A little story about Aleve... Quoting: Wildthing3 My husband tore his meniscus and the emergency ortho doctor told him to take 2 Aleves. He took it for a week. Then one day he stood up and felt like he had to fart. So he did. Problem was, it wasn't a fart. It was blood, lots of it. He was on his lunch break and thought, oh shit, now I have to go home and get changed. When he got home, he feels like he has to poop. So he goes to the bathroom and poops. But it wasn't poop. It was blood, lots of it. At this point, common sense sets in and he decides he needs to go to the hospital. Then, common sense decides to leave again. He drives himself to the hospital. At the ER they take him back right away. He tells them he feels like he needs to poop again. They give him a bed pan to go in. And yes, you got it, it wasn't poop. It was blood, lots of it. Within 10 minutes he's in the Operating Room with a scope down his throat and another one up his butt. Soon, they were able to stop the bleeding. He spend 3 days in intensive care and lost 3 liters of blood. All because he took Aleve. I'm telling you this extremely embarrassing story because I want anyone thinking about taking Aleve to reconsider it. OP, stop fucking around and see a dentist NOW! Wow, thx for sharing and glad to hear your husband saught help ASAP. You are the creator of your own master plan... Make it a good one. Wake the fuk up and be ready... I ordered that Japanese toothpaste to boost my enamel. I am going to cool it with the candy and sugary drinks...And no more Aleve. This is glp, people are not reading the thread all the way through. People need to feed there superiority and know it all complex so they instantly reply to op so that they might still race to be “the smart one”. I woukd not waste time repeating that you had a foreign object in the gumline. Everyone here thinks they are the anomaly that should be the indicator of what you will get from the thread. |
