To me, it’s all about expansion & growth... never sitting still & being a victim of circumstance & apathy.

Learn new things, do new things, meet new people... become more than you are, & a better version of you.

Set positive goals for yourself... make a list of things you’d like to do, be, and achieve, & start working on that list, checking off the entries one by one. Don’t start off too big if the list is daunting, start by improving on the little things & work your way up, and progressively, you’ll transform.

You’ll begin to like yourself & your circumstances more & more as you see tangible evidence of your improvement, & before you know it, you’ll have a whole new life.

And thank God in all things along the way... even those that seem bad to you at the moment, because obstacles are meant to be overcome, and once they are, you’re stronger & able to go even further.

That’s how I do it.
