Did anyone actually read the bill SB 16? Because nothing, absolutely nothing like what’s in the op’s link is even remotely in that bill. This might be the biggest most blatant piece of fake news I have seen in a long time.

Even with the editing it is still a felony class 6 and class 1. This is NOT fake news. It may not be door to door confiscation but possessing an assault weapon or mag > 10 rounds is a felony. They will confiscate the weapon or mags if you are found with them, anyware. Read the bill for yourself.
