I'm a medical professional and remember a case where a man had undiagnosed ovarian cancer. They never removed the ovaries during the transition surgery. They need a trans specialist. They need trans-Olympics and their own trans bathrooms. Time to face reality and stop taking away from women. It's male, female, trans male to female, trans female to male. Hormones can make people sick. It's just not perfected yet and everyone needs to be honest.
